Rotating hydraulic cylinders ГК Гидравлика are designed for installation in metal-cutting machines as a drive for mechanized cartridges. To prevent a pressure drop in the cylinder cavities in case of a sudden drop in pressure in the supply system or in case of a break in the supply hoses, controlled hydraulic valves are built into the hydraulic cylinder, automatically disconnecting the cylinder cavities from the supply system and ensuring that the clamping force of the part in the chuck is maintained until the rotation of the machine spindle stops. To install a hydraulic cylinder on automatic machines containing an electrically controlled hydraulic distributor, it is provided to install induction switches for controlling the working stroke of the rod when clamping and uncompressing the workpiece.
